[Resolved]  Residential Flat — Sale to multiple people.

Dear Sir,

I have been cheated by builder. Builder has sold the flat to me which was already sold by him to someone else and was under mortgage as on todays date.

I have already paid the whole amount and he did all legal formalities and gave possession of said flat to me. I am in huge pressure since when I came to know about flat details.

Kindly suggest what shall I do and how to take this matter further so that atleast I could recover the amount which I have paid as cost of flat to the builder.
