[Resolved]  Residential Flat — Building uncompleted

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought a residential flat in June 2009 of 770sqft in Kondhawa, Pune. From Venketshwara Builders & developers, Impex arcade, market yard, pune by Mr. Girish Gadiya. As promised by him while registration he would provide me electricity connection with separate meters. But provide it on jan 2011. Nobody willing to buy the flats in this apartment. We are now three families living with no facilities at all as promised by him. We all are made fraud by him. Now he is neither answer our calls nor visit us after many false promising. Beside this a don is living beside this apartment is threatening by making mob at the basement of the building. Please suggest any way to resolve our problems.
