Respected Sir / Madam,
I had constructed House in a Approved Posh Colony PATEL NAGAR, CITY CENTRE, in 1997. Since, then, I am living there, but my lane does not have active sewrage line, till now,
then, what is the use of purchasing land , that too for residential purpose, in a government approved colony, developed by the so called, GWALIOR DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY??
Is it not the duty of Government authorities or development authorities to provide basic amenities in the residential colonies??
when approached to Local Municipal Corporation, We got the reply, colony is not handed over to us by Gwalior Development Authority, even after 12 years of its existence.
Where to address this type of complaint??????????????/,

Residential PLot — Non receipt of Plot/Refund
I have booked one plot in the name of Ritu Nautiyal in East and Park Hapur Bye pass project but I have received no correspondence after the booking and office at Barakhamba has also been closed. I have received no refund/plot of booking amount till date.
