[Resolved]  reviva — Close to 10 days for service (Yet to be Done)

This is Aravind from Mylapore, Chennai and I have been pleading for service with Aqua Guard for the past 10 days atleast a call everyday.
This seems to be worst customer care of all the companies and I am willing to throw away the filter to replace another. But I plan to do it in a different way since I paid for it and it is my property, I wish to place in the center of the road, naming the product and describe the problem I have been facing, call in product/market analysts, and others to witness the pathetic service they have rendered despite having gotten paid for the annual maintenance.
They charge a heavy sum every year and every quarter/time we have to literally plead them to come and service the equipment. This time, I am going to really place the product with the brand name shown up very well so that others that want to buy their product will have a first hand feel of how they will be treated with Eureka Forbes/Aqua Guard service if they buy the product.
This is the most pathetic service I have seen by a company.

reviva — NOT PROVIDING SERVICE LOCAL SERVICE CENTRE

I PURCHESED REVIVA IN 10/2004 FROM JAIPUR OFFICE AND SINCE I AM IN SERVICE CONTRACT WITH YOUR COMPANY. CURRENT SERVICE CONTRACT IN FORCE TILL 04/2009. I REGISTERED MY COMPLINT MANY TIMES WITH LOCAL SERVICE CENTRE AS WELL AS THE UDIA ENTERPRISES BUT NO SATISFECTION IS AT ALL.I GET TANK FULL IN 3 HOURS.INPUTS IS LESS AND WESTAGE IS TOO MORE. KINDLY INSTRUST TO LACAL SERVICE CENTRE.
