As per rule of RGLLV the person who will be a permanent inhabitant of that mouza.Many persons applied of ramnagar to have the said distributorship and some applications have rejected for residencial ground.The lottery has been performed on the rest qualified persons after rejection.
Mr.Manik Mahapatra S/O Mr Pankaj Mahapatra of Saiyedpur has won the lottery held on 30/04/2010 at your Durgapur Office promices.
It is very regret that Sri Manik Mahapatra is not permanent resident of Ramnagar mouza , his resident of Saiyedpur mouza which is indicated in the letest(last publised) VOTER LIST.Not only that his name is also enlisted as on inhabident as per runing CENCES SARVEY 2010.
He has submited a wrong residencial decoments to the autority to have the said distributorship.
His mother Smt.Minurani Mahapatra is a panchyet member under Talgachari-1 Gram Panchayet and she is elected from Sayedpur mouza in the simbol of Trinamul Cong.The local Panchayet and Panchayet samity are both runing by Trinamul Cong.So his mother collected the wrong certificate by influonce of POLITCAL BIASNESS.Please proper investigate and take nessaary step in this regard.
