[Resolved]  RGGLV — wrong selection

I, Rajesh Kumara Chowrasia S/O Omprakash Chowrasia of Village & P.O.Ramnagar,Dist-Purba Medinipur would like to draw your kind attention to the following matter.
(1) In response to your advt in Anand Bazar Patrika dt-17.10.2009, I have applied for the award of RGGLV at the location Ramnagar (application Sl No-DGP/Ram/65/2).
(2) A draw has been held on 08.04.2010. in which I,Rajesh Kumar Chowrasia and Manik Mahapatra S/O Pankaj Mahapatra have been qualified to take part .
(3) In that draw Manik Mahapatra was selected for the award.
Now the grievance is-
According to the rules,A person whom the above said award would be given only who is a permanent resident of the given location(i.e.here of Ramnagar). Many application has been rejected for this cause.
But Manik Mahapatra is not a permanent resident of Ramnagar till this day.According to the latest Voter list published by Election Commission on 27.10.2010. Manik Mahapatra is a parmanent resident of Saiyadpur Mouza.Hence it is clear that in his application Manik Mahapatra has produced false residential certificate which he had able to get by using his political contacts.
It is very surprising that though this matter is well known to your officials, still the candidature of Manik Mahapatra is not yet cancelled and Manik Mahapatra is still trying to migrate his name from Saiyadpur to Ramnagar Voter list.
My request is since the residential certificate of Manik Mahapatra is false,either let me give a chance give me the above said award or cancell the whole procedure immidiately.
