Rishabh Enterprises — Poor network

Dear sir/Madam
I hereby to inform you that I rishi Jain Mentally harrashed customer ( Bharti airtel mobile [protected] jaipur) of Airtel want that bharti Airtel should be punished with heavy penalties and fine. This is the India's most renouned company. claming to have best network of India.
Right Now I have major connections of airtel( 6 Numbers) home , office and with my staff.
In october i was on roaming to bangalore over my jewellery exhibition and i found a connectivity problem with airtel. Making 4-5 calls only one call get connected and in rest one way voice transfer but as i have no option i used it . After getting back i contacted them and told my problem that neither i got a proper network nor my moblie office (internet service) worked their. And I will not may the both roaming calls charges and the internet charges. They reversed the internet charges and told me to may the rest, As according to them their network was okay. Again in novomber the same problem was their i told them by making a complain the problem still exist and for what good they are charging so huge.They are just making calls again & again on roaming saying whats the problem ...we will solve it soon and talking to us for a very long 6-10 mins and charging for the same.
This time i also recieved a call from their Bangalore Customer care executive Mr. Jamal. He also asked the same and told me that he will be coming tomarrow to me to resolve the problem but nobody came to me for three days to resolve it..
This is their new business calling people on roaming to solve the problem charging them for it and doing nothing.
My problem still exist and i had not paid them , saying that this time you people have to pay me back for the mental harashment . In bangalore b'coz of Airtel poor network i have spended buying a new phone and new connection of oher local network to go and connected withmy family and business..
Now I want a resolution from TRAI who will pay?
