[Resolved]  RMP Infotec — rmp nagar plot at mangaon

Rmp z doing a big fraud by misusing customer who have been registered for the land deal since[protected]..

Hi Guys,

I booked a similar plot in Mangaon in the year 2005 and was given the assurity that i will get the title and property on my name next year i.e 2006 but till date i have nothing in hand. Visited the Mangaon office but the staff seems to be unfriendly and everytime gives false assurity. I last visited around 3 years in Feb and march to have final reply (i.e whether i am going to get the property on my name) and 100% assurity was given by the staff that 7/12 utara WILL BE DONE IN OCTOBER and they will call me with final allotment. Till date i haven't heard back from them. I have lost THE HOPE that i will have this property. Any help wil be appreciated.

CHEATING IN THE NAME OF RMP NAGAR
I HAVE BOOKED 2 PLOTS IN RMP NAGAR NEAR PUNAI FROM RMP INFOTEC (P) LTD CHENNAI IN 2005. RMP INFOTEC ISSUED ME ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS THAT IS REGISTRATION OF PLOTS IN MY NAME IN 2008. YESTERDAY DATED 22/04/2014 WE ARE VISIT THE SAID PLOT, BUT WE HAVE NOT FOUND ANY TYPE OF SUCH TYPE OF PLOTS THERE...

i, Yogita have also booked plot in rmp nagar. i received my registry after giving legal notice to these people. But i have not got the possession of my property till now. i think we should come together at one platform to built pressure on the company. These persons are launching new projects in South India as per information but have not delivered the plots booked in year 2004-05

Hi, even I too had booked two plots paying 30000 in 2006. Till now no response from them. Neither I got the money nor the registration papers. When I try to login to their website, it is down.
