RMP Infotec Private Limited — supply of defective vacumm cleaner

I ordereda vacumm cleaner of 1200 watt from the distributers of RMP INFOTEC in the month of aug 2007. I paid rs 7000 plus delivery charges to them. But when the piece was delivered to me i found that the watt of the product was only 300, also the piece was defective.On contacting the distributers they took back the product promising to get a new one but to this day i have not received anything.
