RN Real.com — fraudulent credit card charges

I was chrged 9.95 on my credit card for something I never purchased. I never heard of this company! I would like to know how they got my card number and if so many are complaining why have they never been investigated?

Very Upset!!! Two checks were cashed by RN real.com I di not know this company and cannot find out anything except alot of other people have the same complaint. What can consumers do?

I was just charged by this company for services that I have not agreed to. I have never contacted nor heard of this company before it appeared as a bank charge on my account! Please advise!

I am pissed off. I hae never ever heard of this company and it has charged me twice for services that only God knows what for. How do I get my money back. The money has came off of my child support debit card. I never gave this company the right to steal my kids money. When I investigated these charges the company's phone number was bogus. Getting them to have the money transfered back to my card can only be done by them. It will continue to come off if I can't figure out what to do. One thing I know I am going to do is have this place and the people behind these fruad charges investigated and prosecuted.That's a fact.

I seem to have the same problem. RN*REAL.com posted a $16.04 on my debit card. I have never heard of them and would really like to know how they got my card number. I called the number they posted and it is disconected or is not even a number.

I have had to charges for $19.95 on my credit ad, have never heard of them, and dont know how they got my credit card number. Does anyone know how to stop it from happenig, and how to get your mney back??? I am so mad and I dont know wat to do!!

They have charged my card also and I have never heard of them was at beach in South Carolina 4 days later 8.99 dollars pop up on my statement never used card except to buy gas at the pump

I also was charged 8.99 on my card and ordered nothing. I am calling back in half an hour to get this resolved. How come there are so many complaints towards this company? Is anyone checking into this?Who would I address a complaint to if they do not resolve this issue?

I called them back and they connected me to the company which had charged my card. They were very helpful in doing so. Tho I did have to give my card number again to find out who had charged me. It was worth it because i got it straightened out and the money back on my card. Real.com and Jay were very helpful. So I want to thank them again for being so quick to help me. I Never ordered anything from them, Hell i don't even no who they r!!! But would like my money back! I got no money anyway. Get payed from SSI!!!

I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and urge you all to do the same! This company should be shut down!
