THERE ARE CHARGES THAT I NEVER REQUESTED FROM THIS COMPANY AS A MATTER OF FACDT I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF COMPANY...

My card was charged on 2-8-2009 for the amount of 19.99 I did not authorize and did not order anything but I got charged I called Real.com they say they do not have any record of this charge the phone number is[protected] WA us and a another number i guess its a order number or something [protected] but they don't seem to know anything about it....
