i used to be a realplayer user as well, and to cancel the subscription could really be a tough thing. For those who are still having problems with the cancellation of those products which are barely used, here is a tip: 1. input : https://account.real.com/acct/login.html in the address bar, then this will guide you to the login webpage of your real player account. 2. Log in with ur email address and password that u have set when u created ur account. 3. After u log in, u will see a list of the realplayer products that are currently active in ur account, right to the name of those products, there is button which says "Cancel or edit the subscription of the product "( or something like this ), so click on that button, and follow the instruction.

I just cancelled my credit card, no other way as bank are unable to block them.I tried to cancell but the page would not work! I lodged complaint with bank and got refund for one payment, then they just kept taking the money

Pls confirm me why 335.78Rs is debited from my credit card (card no-[protected]) and if wrongly debited then credit in my card account

In my SBI credir Card Statement (dated 02 October, 2010) two different amounts have been debited. Those are RN REALPLYER SUPERPA[protected] WA - Rs. 237.57 (4.94 USD) and RN UNLIMITED MOVIES[protected] WA - Rs. 324.9 (6.95 USD)
I am absolutely not using both these products. I also can't understand how these amounts have been debited in my Credit Card statement. Stop taking money from my Credit Card account. Please cancel my subcription of these two products.
One message on my mobile has also been sent on 11/10/2010 regarding the Transaction of $ 4.94 made on SBI Credit Card at RN*REALPLAYER SUPERPA. But this transaction has not been made by me at all.
