Unable to cancel the R/P unlimited movies and R/E superpa which I did not subscribe.
I got to the screen which says call this number[protected] to cancel the subscribtion, but then when you call that number it's disconnected. Tried to change my credit card details but it won't allow that either, it comes up a message saying that this account is active and details can't be changed in other words it's a fraud website.
They are using my Real Player purchase credit card details in July to deduct money for these two
unsubscribe products. My opinion is someone has hacked into real player customers info and using the secure bank details of customers who purchased the software, and or real player is operating by crooks in which case the
Indian consumer affairs should investigate for the integrity of the industry.
The bank will refund the amounts deducted since Nov.and I was advised to cancel my credit card and get
a new one to stop this deductions from my credit card account

I was charged by RN* Realplayer for two consecutive months for the real player i was not able to succcessfully download in my cellphone. Please have these charges reversed becuase i have paid them in order not to be charged with interest and penalty by my credit card co.

I have used 'mystyes' advice and it has not worked. When I pressed to cancel, it told me that i could not and I needed to call them if i wanted to do so, but when i tried contacting them on the number they provided I was informed that the number was disconnected. I don't understand why, this company won't allow me to cancel a subscription I have never used. Can anyone give me some advice on what to do next?

I would like to inform RN Unlimited Movies that i have been receiving charges in my credit card even im not subscribing. May i request to stop subscription and stop charging in my credit card, How i wish this whole thing is not a scam. I only want my subscription to totally cancel, it continuously appear in my bills. who is the right person to address with regards to this matter? I wish for a immediate action.
