[Resolved]  Rns Motors, Hubli — misbehaviour of salesperson

This is about the misbehaviour of one Sales Man (Basavaraj Chavan) of RNS Motors, Hubli.
I went along with my husband to RNS Motors in the month of August to book the newly released Alto K10 vehicle. The Sales Person (Basavaraj Chavan) somehow tempted us to book Alto (old) car and we booked that vehicle. Later after coming to home we realise that we should have booked Alto K10 and we corrected our mistake by sending a letter to change the vehicle.

When we called up the said sales person about this, he insisted us to come to showroom and change it. After sending the letter also we went to showroom (showroom was about 25 kms away from our house) just to inform him about the change.

After booking he informed us that the vehicle will arrive in 4 weeks and he will inform us before one week to take the D.D. But after 4 weeks also he did not turn up. So one day I only called him to check the status. He informed that vehicle is in transit. As Dasara festival is coming, I thought of taking delivery of the vehicle on Dasara and informed the same to him. But he replied so rudely and told us to make full payment on that day itself, otherwise he will give the vehicle to somebody else. Next day was bank holiday and he didn't even think how it is possible for us to make the payment. Firstly he did not bother to call us and inform us and when we only called up to ask the status, he insisted to make full payment immediately. Anyhow we managed to go to showroom again and give some Rs.50,000/- next day.

After this, he assured us that if we give the D.D one week before taking delivery, he will arrange for all T.P and permanent passing and give us the vehicle with registration No. Accordingly, we have arranged for D.D one week before and called him to take the D.D along with all documents. But he refused to come. Again we only went to showroom along with D.D and documents for registration. As Bank Manager's signature was not there on Form No.20, we requested him to check all the documents except the form No.20. But he didn't even touch the documents and asked us to give all the documents together. Next day we have taken all the signatures and sent the documents by post. When we called up again to ask whether the documents are reached or not, he informed that he will need the original address proof and asked us to come to showroom once again with original address proof. When we requested him to collect the document he refused to come and also told us that we only should come otherwise after taking vehicle, we only bring the vehicle within one month for registration. When we told us our difficulty in coming to showroom again and again he rudely replied and told us to cancel the booking and purchase the vehicle some where else, because he is not getting anything out of this sale and he will not cooperate with us. This kind of behaviour of a sales person hurted us.

As this is our first car, we were very happy in purchasing this and this kind of harrassment by a sales person made us very unhappy. In one month, we went around 7-8 time to showroom which is about 25 kms away from our house. We both are employees and my husband is going to Belgaum (70 kms away from our house) daily. In this circumstance, the behaviour of this sales person caused us mental torture.
