Car services

Hi,

I had an Maruti Alto car that I sold in 2022. I have been receiving continuous calls for services.
I have requested and complained serveral times to record that I dont have a car and to record this and stop calling.
But this has never stopped. Of late I keep getting automated calls for service atleast 3-4 times in a month.
How am I supposed to response to your organization. You have gone beyond,...

                  My car is vitara breeza Zxi plus, which I brought on May 5th 2022.I first service only I told that "my car has problem showing check light see it" andthey told "its usual in every car don't car"and finished first service.In jigani link road branch.After first service my car got major problem that it never gets OFF BUT shows ACC in Meter Board and can't lock my car through sensor's. Really I used my manual key for locking.. I gone through the showroom for 4-5 times to complain But the service department never respond to me. After Some day I directly complained to works manager Pavan sir. He took the car, gone to yeswanthpura branch and Gave my car after 4 days and told "Some sensor Issue and power button problem I solved it"and I was very happy and went home with my car. And my Second service was done in Another RNS Branch near HEBBAGODI.After second service there was No problem for 4 months . Again same problem that it never gets OFF BUT shows ACC in Meter Board and can't lock my car through sensor's and major problem was the steering gets hard random times with Brake and ABS Symbols in Meter Board and gets power steering after 20 minutes. With that I call'ed to Jigani link road branch But they didn't respond. So I called Niranjan Service Head Bangalore Through ROSHAN SHETTY sales manager from Jigani link road branch. As I heard that NIRANJAN Sir will come and Solve my car problem personally.So I Left my Car in showroom and Went to home.After 3days they gave my Car at 11:00Am But same problems in my car and Returned to showroom at 4:00pm.and Informed Niranjan Sir.BUT no reaction the date Stills no reaction from RNS MOTORS

                    I have recently got a breeza which is a second hand car .I got my RC card only after 4 months, so insurance got delayed and after inspection of vechicle also the localperson told system error and failed to provide the innsurance, now i met with an accident and they are saying 1.75 lakhs i have to pay from my packet and cant renew the insurance, i tried ringing the Insurance head several times but no response, terribly unaccepted poor service and dealing with the customers like me '
                    Try to help customer rather than pinching the customers

                      The Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission (KERC) Bangalore had ordered for supply of two Maruthi Suzuki Swift Desire-Petrol Vehicles (Through GEM Price) vide GEM Contract No. [protected] dated 22.09.2022. An amount of Rs. 6, 40, 273 for each vehicle has been paid on 17.11.2022. The vehicles have been delivered by the Maruthi Gujrat factory to RNS Motors on 17.11.2022. All the formalities like Insurance from KGID, payment for accessories etc. have been completed to enable RNS Motors to deliver the vehicle. However, RNS Motors has not been able to deliver the vehicles on one pretext or the other. It is informed that there is delay in getting TR No. from Maruthi factory probably due to some server problem. There is no possibility of server being down for a period of two to three weeks. When contacted, the GM RNS Motors has informed that normally vehicles will be delivered within two days of obtaining insurance. i.e. we should have got the delivery within 28.11. 2022. Thus there is abnormal delay of over two weeks in the delivery of vehicles. We have following up from past two days to your showroom but still no positive feed back came from your side. Still telling the same problem TR Number & now they are telling some insurance issues . It is therefore requested to expedite the delivery without any further delay.

                      Expecting an immediate action in the matter.

                        I purchased a car Alto K 10 Regn No. KA02MN5841 fro TRUE Value of RNS motors on 9th Aug 2022 for which I have not yet received the RC which they have promised to happen within 90 days of purchase date. While checking in parivahan app I was shocked to know that this RC has been blacklisted ( screen shot attached) . And when asked the agent of RNS I was not given the proper response and I was told that CC is taken . But when asked for a proof I was not given any. I really feel RNS people are cheating me . Kindly let me know what is to be done. I have attached proof for purchase of the same

                                My car no ka 25 MA 9398 is given for repair on 28.03.2022 due to major accident, the new India assurance insurance company have not completed their formalities and it is pending and when enquired with them then they have assumed by week or 10 days it will be cleared for claim. The total amount for repair bill was made by your service team is 1, 61, 266 /-rs. I have paid 10000/- rs for start up repair per service team, now on 08.06.2022 i received to my WhatsApp number parking charges bill of 10, 266/- from 29th April saying from tomorrow 500/- per day after receiving this letter of information.
                                Since from 2015 i am valued customer for RNS and i have high regards towards your company, now the letter sent by Venkatesh manager saying I have to take the vehicle either paying all amount or else parking charges i have to bear. Here i would like to bring to your notice that when insurance company has not completed their formalities then what's my mistake and such huge amount i am not able to bear due to financial crises in my life until insurance is claimed.
                                Hence it is requested to the higher authority to kindly do the needful in favour in the interest of natural justice.

                                  I have purchased new ertiga on March and I have installed Sony system and leather seat cover in showroom only
                                  From day one I have complaint about system is not working properly and seat cover thread is opening
                                  But still now it’s not solved
                                  I know it’s very bad service in RNS MOTOR
                                  simply I have wasted my money by playing for system 28000 and for seat cover 13800
                                  In out side market I have got this in half of the amount and good service

                                    1. Vijayapur District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd, Vijayapur, being a consumer, had purchased the Maruti Ertiga (KA 28 Z 4950) from RNS Motors with the vide receipt dated 26.02.2021 by paying an amount of Rs 11, 96, 589/-
                                    2. The said vehicle is not up to the mark since it is showing the engine heating problem. Our bank had sent the email/letters/notices regarding the said grievance/defect but all efforts went in vein. It is further submitted that the above act on RNS Motors has caused our bank a great loss and damage and inconvenience and loss of value of money.
