Roads — incomplete sewer system, open manholes

the complaint is regarding NEW RAILWAY ROAD, GURGAON, HARYANA. the roads were dug for laying down sewer pipelines, the pipelines have been laid but neither connected nor the roads have been filled up. as a result, there still are huge open holes, n during rains, the cars and bikes get stuck there, and even there were cases of people falling in those holes. though no one was hurt badly. and due to this, people park their cars on the road, due to which traffic jam is common here.
