[Resolved]  Roorkee Gas Service — Difficulty in receiveing gas cylinders from Indane agents

Sir,

At first no response no pickup phone at the booking time.
I booked for gas before 15 days (on 17th March, 2009) at Roorkee Gas service, Roorkee 247 667, Uttarakhand and they told me the cylinder will be delivered within a week but no response till date (31st March, 2009). I went to their office twice they behaved very badly with me and also informed me that gas is being dleivered for 20th March, 2009. It is really surprising that I did not receive the gas although it was booked before the delivery date. This procedure continues every month. The agency is known to sell out the gas cylinders in black creating harrasment to the genuine customers.

I am not only the one, there are many customers to face this problem.

I request you that please solve our problem.
