Such trainers after their successful participation in the project would be able to guide sustainable group formation work in their areas. The large number of centers could be activated simultaneously and the grassroot level trainers could be directly accessed. The project called “Distance Education for Community Development & Empowerment” aims to address some of these critical areas of concern. It is the first such programme of its kind in India. Various government departments like ministry of Social Justice, HRD, Rural Development, Min. of Youth Affairs, Science & Technology, I.T and international agencies like UNDP, UNICEF, UNESCO, WHO and other international organizations would be directly interlinked through the development projects.
You can upgrade yourself by making the contribution (Top up) in the multiple of Rs.2100/- under the main I.D.No.through depositing the respective amount in the bank account of “STEP-INDIA’ directly according to promotion plan.
After the completion of 12 months training period the participants will become consultant & avail other Benefits for life time according to project plan.
Any Individual can associate with STEP for a period of 24 months only. Ability of associate will be approved by the organization and one I.D. is issued in his name. No other I.D. will be issued to the same associate. Self attested Photo state copy of PAN card and two photographs must be enclosed with the hard copy of application form.
After 12 months training and successfully completion of certificate course on community development projects in various modules, the associates will called out the representatives of the following categories.

During the training period and field work the associates would be provided commissionable income and field allowances according to plan designed specially for the promotion of the community development projects on Social Security, Social awareness, Information, Communication, Rural development, Health and Education.
Every associate who is between the age of 18 to 59 would be provided the social insurance coverage benefit of Rs.1, 00, 000/- (Life Insurance) and Rs.2, 00, 000/- (Accidental Insurance) against the joining of Rs.2100/- as being the part of the project subject to the submission of complete application form in all respects.
Any associate would get the maximum insurance coverage up-to Rs.5, 00, 000/ life and Rs.10, 00, 000/- accidental coverage against the total contribution of Rs.10, 500/-at the first time and time to time maximum in the multiple of Rs.2100/-.(For single main ID. PAN card is required.)- Remember every person under this plan should provide PAN CARD, 2 photos and ID proof would get insurance and social salary on single main ID. In case of violation of this act the ID would be ceased and the membership would be terminated. Legal step can be taken against the applicant.
All the claims regarding the insurance would be informed first to the STEP – INDIA (The organization) through the competent channel by the right legal nominees within 15 days with all required documents as FIR Copy, Death certificate, Postmortem Report or Panchnama and Identity documents and nominee relation prove.
The insurance coverage would start from the next month of joining and the date and time mentioned on the letter issued by the organization as per the terms and conditions applied if the applicant fulfills all requirements and provides the relevant documents as PAN Card copy or Voter Identity card or 10th Class certificate and address proof (Age and Address Proof) enclosed with the hard copy of application form.

The project called “Distance Education for Community Development & Empowerment” aims to address some of these critical areas of concern. It is the first such programme of its kind in India. Various government departments like ministry of Social Justice, HRD, Rural Development, Min. of Youth Affairs, Science & Technology, I.T and international agencies like UNDP, UNICEF, UNESCO, WHO and other international organizations would be directly interlinked through the development projects.
You can upgrade yourself by making the contribution (Top up) in the multiple of Rs.2100/- under the main I.D.No.through depositing the respective amount in the bank account of “STEP-INDIA’ directly according to promotion plan.
After the completion of 12 months training period the participants will become consultant & avail other Benefits for life time according to project plan.
Any Individual can associate with STEP for a period of 24 months only. Ability of associate will be approved by the organization and one I.D. is issued in his name. No other I.D. will be issued to the same associate. Self attested Photo state copy of PAN card and two photographs must be enclosed with the hard copy of application form.
After 12 months training and successfully completion of certificate course on community development projects in various modules, the associates will called out the representatives of the following categories.

Step C Category :- Associate can join as District Representative and for 12 months training he should contribute – Rs.52, 500/- to Rs.1, 00, 800/-
Step D Category :- Associate can join as state project development officer (SPDO) and for 12 months training he should contribute – Rs.102900/- to above
Step E Category :- Associate can join as the member of the board of Directors and for 12 months training and sponsorship of the projects he should contribute – Rs.5, 00, 000/- and above and retain all other benefits.
Upgradation :- * Any Associate can upgrade himself one time or time to time by sponsoring the specified projects in the multiple of Rs.2100/-. According to STEP plan.

The organization would decide the pays and perks there after on the basis of 12 months performance. (B)- STEP-INDIA would decide the stipend and field allowances thereafter on the basis of 12 month performance.

During the training period and field work the associates would be provided commissionable income and field allowances according to plan designed specially for the promotion of the community development projects on Social Security, Social awareness, Information, Communication, Rural development, Health and Education.
Every associate who is between the age of 18 to 59 would be provided the social insurance coverage benefit of Rs.1, 00, 000/- (Life Insurance) and Rs.2, 00, 000/- (Accidental Insurance) against the joining of Rs.2100/- as being the part of the project subject to the submission of complete application form in all respects.
Any associate would get the maximum insurance coverage up-to Rs.5, 00, 000/ life and Rs.10, 00, 000/- accidental coverage against the total contribution of Rs.10, 500/-at the first time and time to time maximum in the multiple of Rs.2100/-.(For single main ID. PAN card is required.)- Remember every person under this plan should provide PAN CARD, 2 photos and ID proof would get insurance and social salary on single main ID. In case of violation of this act the ID would be ceased and the membership would be terminated. Legal step can be taken against the applicant.
All the claims regarding the insurance would be informed first to the STEP – INDIA (The organization) through the competent channel by the right legal nominees within 15 days with all required documents as FIR Copy, Death certificate, Postmortem Report or Panchnama and Identity documents and nominee relation prove.
The insurance coverage would start from the next month of joining and the date and time mentioned on the letter issued by the organization as per the terms and conditions applied if the applicant fulfills all requirements and provides the relevant documents as PAN Card copy or Voter Identity card or 10th Class certificate and address proof (Age and Address Proof) enclosed with the hard copy of application form.
