RPO Hyderabad — Delay of issue of Tatkal Passport | |||
I had applied for my daughter's passport under Tatkal scheme on July 15th 2011 vide File number: HYD-C[protected]. I got a receipt in which Dispatch Date was mentioned as 22nd July 2011. TIll now I have not received the Passport. Status on the Official RPO website says 'Passport was ready on 22-July-2011' . I have not received the passport yet. Even after paying the Tatkal fee, it is taking the normal Passport tiime then why do we need to pay the Tatkal fee. Was this information helpful? | |||

The Tatkal passport for re-issue of my child's passport was ready on 09.09.2011 as per the online status but it is not yet delivered.
I don't find any meening of Tatkal scheme/out of turn. Is there any way to lodge complaint and punish the responsible authorities (one way would be to use the RTI act) and recover the losses?

6 MONTHS DELAY IN PASSPORT — Indefinite Delay in passport dispatch!

Application Date :[protected]
Applicant's Name : RAJAT AHUJA
STATUS : Passport will be ready on[protected] subject to all documents being in order. It will be dispatched by post on[protected]
The above message is showing from 16TH MARCH still I have not received my passport,also no one responds to my emails,fax,phone calls!!!
Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
I will be highly obliged.
