This has reference to my mail sent on 27 Jan 2011 and your telephonic
conversation the undersigned had with Mr.Ashwin. I got the valuation
of the ring done in Poona and also in Mumbai, and I have discovered
from both the places that you have overcharged me for the same. The
stone fell off from the casing on the very third day, I had informed
Mr Ashok when taking delivery and he assured me that nothing will
happen. The casing was so very thin and coral had been simply pasted
badly to the casing.

Secondly the silk quilt taken from you for Rs.3500/- delivered to me
my residence by courier on 12th January, 2011, the stitching of the
silk cloth had opened up within 10 days o[censored]se.Please note I have not
yet evaluated the the blue saphire ring and not even used the Peacock
bedspreads of Rs.15000/-.

Let me know how you want to resolve the matter by arranging to take
back your goods at your risk and and consequences. I am not sending
by Registered Post since we are retired people and do not want to
loose our valuable money. I have taken legal advice from my family
friend who is a criminal lawyer and showed me various ways to expose
this racket. I would not like to do such a thing but if I am taken
for a ride I will mail all the complaints to Rajasthan Tourisim Board,
Rajasthan Textile Commissioner, Consumer Forum, Jago Grahak Gajo and
other similar organizations.

I had a doubt about the commission racket going on since the driver of
my taxi was constantly hovering around us and keeping a track of the
purchases and also enquiring and telling us that they get 2% comiision
from you. He even told us that they get a meagre commisssion and that
too you also do not hand over to them if they do not keep a track of
the same.

newspaper editors and expose the scam. Let us settle the it amicably
or else a many people will loose their jobs.
