Dear sir,
This is to draw your attention to a bitter experience that i have recently gone through while booking at hotel vinayak, ranthambhore run by rtdc. First on 26 july 2018 i tried to book a family room online. Though inr 4700 was debited from my account and credited to rtdc account (Ebsrajasthantourismd) no booking id has been generated.
I immediately contacted with rtdc through email but did not receive any reply. My repeated attempts to draw their attention through mail went in vain. Even i contacted hotel vinayak and rtdc kolkata office over phone in this regard but they could not help much.
Ultimately i wrote a mail expressing my desire to cancel all my bookings if i did not get any communication from them. Then rtdc wrote that no amount has been credited to their account and asked me to contact my bank. On 17 september i also contacted with jaipur office of rtdc to get the same reply that the amount has not been credited to their account.
In the meantime i also requested to rtdc to cancel online booking as i have already been booked rooms at hotel panna and hotel vinayak from kolkata office. As i did not have any booking id for hotel vinayak online booking it was not possible for me to cancel.
I contacted my bank regarding payment of inr 4700 to rtdc. The bank informed that the amount has been credited to rtdc account and provided me with a reference number. I also forwarded the number to rtdc again with the request of refund, but as usual did not get any reply.
Losing faith in professionalism of rtdc i was forced to cancel all my bookings in rtdc hotels.
Then i was surprised to receive a call from rtdc on 18.10.2018 stating that a room had been booked in my name and it was on the basis of the amount that has been debited from my account and rtdc had denied that they had received the same.
I again wrote to rtdc demanding refund of the amount as i had all along communicated with the over the issue and they did not bother to pay attention to my mail. Again they remained silent till date. It is really very unfortunate and painful that an organisation like rtdc claiming to be the perfect tour guide for rajasthan and inviting tourists from all corners of the world is so unprofessional and negligent to their customers.
I attach herewith copies of a few relevant mails.
Please look into the matter and take necessary steps to mitigate my grievance.

I Had Booked a Hotel Teej Jaipur online from RTDC Site for 27, 28 Dec 2010 and paid an amount of Rs.4400/- from my SBI Credit Card. Due to some reasons I planned to cancelled the booking and the same was done by me on 25 Dec 2010. I Got an receiptfor Rs.2200/-as refund amount shown on the site. But till date I had not received the Amount of Rs.2200/- or any. I had also contacted telephonnically as well as send many E mailsto them but...
