Rto Bangalore — Taking Bribe for Liscences

Hi,

I am very disappointed to let you know that they are taking bribe right in front of the office. I came across a friend who gave about 2000 Rs just to get the liscence done. This person who works for RTO says he will get it done without the test etc. He publicly takes bribe, llike an Agent. He works on the First floor in Jayanagar and his name is Mr. Shyam... I dont know how many people are taking bribes like this inside the office itself.. Pls investigate...
