[Resolved]  Rto — poor service

I HAVE APPLIED FOR A PERMENENT CAR LICENSE. SUBMITTED MY LEARNING CAR LICENSE AND PERMENENT BIKE LICENSE FOR THE SAME.
IT CAME TO ME AS A SHOCK WHEN THE LICENSE AUTHORITY BLAMED ME FOR SUBMITTING INCOMPLETE DOCUMENTS. LATER THEY CONFESSED THEIR FAULT AS THEY WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF MY LICENSE. MR.NERPAGAR AT RTO ALANDI WAS AROGANT ENOUGH TO SAY "BRING THE PERSON WHO MISPLACED YOUR LICENSE IN FRONT OF ME!". LATER HE ASKED ME TO GET A PRINTED MDL FROM PUNE STATION RTO(DONT KNOW THE REASON AS THEY ALL ACCESS A COMMON DATABASE!!) MRS SHELAR THERE HAS NOW BEEN CALLING ME EVERY DAY WITHOUT GETTING MY WORK DONE.
BOTH THE RTO's(ALANDI AND PUNE STATION) ARE BLAMING EACH OTHER FOR THE LOSS AND NO ONE IS READY TO CO-OPERATE. I HAVE ALREDY BEARED A LOT OF LOSS AS I HAVE TO TAKE A LEAVE FROM WORK. KINDLY SUGGEST A SIMPLER WAY!!
