I don’t know to whom I contact for the below mentioned problems,
I know Ruby hall is a famous hospital in Pune and it is the number 1 hospital in pune. Also I agreed that the facilities providing by them is very nice and patient care is also appreciate.
One day I visited Ruby hall for my treatment, I met some staffs there and unfortunately I came to know about the “Nursing Director – Ajitha (She is a retired Military caption). I got the information like, her behavior is not like a human being and her language is very pathetic. Always she is harassing the staffs and giving over duty to the staffs. Also there is no sufficient staffs. If the staffs don’t want to do the over time or if he/she is not well, they have to beg to Ajitha for leave or any other concerns. Also If staffs want to resign from the hospital she wont allow the HR department to give their certificates. As per my understanding now there are 20-50 staffs resigned recently because of her character. Also they didn’t get their certificate and they decided to leave from here without certificate,
As a professional I can leave the organization with or without completing the notice period. If I am not completing the notice period the HR department can decide what the documentation/ procedure for that. Here in Ruby Hall the procedure is like the staffs have to submit the resign to Nursing Director and not to HR department. Because of the Man Power she wont accept the resign from staffs and they have to hear the pathetic language from her. After that all are deciding to leave the organization with out original certificate.
As per my understanding we don’t want to submit our original certificate to any organization, we can submit the certificate once and for their documentation purpose we can submit the Xerox copies.
I tried to inform these to Mr. PK Grant ( MD - Ruby hall) and I am unable to locate him.
