[Resolved]  S B I — Non-Transfer shares

I am writing on behalf Ms. Subhadra, who is trying to get transfer of shares standing in her father name, late Venkobachar, of SBI shares with certificae no.152584.

She has been trying to get the transfer by sending necessary particulars as requested by the Datamatics Financial Servies Ltd.

But, every time her applications are rejected with one or the other objections.

Hence, pls sent a complete set of application form with all the particulars required for effectie transfer of shares standing in the name of her father to herself.

It has been hectic for more than a year she has been trying but every time the same is rejected for want of some flimsy objections raised by the concerned.

Hence, pls sene immediately a full sent of applkication form with detail information for completing the transfer in her name.
