[Resolved] Sabha Gas Agencies — TRANSFER OF GAS AGENCIES WITHOUT THE KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMER AND EVEN NOT INFORMING | |||
I am registred in Sabha Indane Gas agencies for supply of cylinder without informing me they unilaterally transferred my gas to parthiban gas agency at zamin pllavaram without the knowledge of customer. When contacted on 02.04.2011 they said as per the insturctions of IOC, they failed to deliever the gas which was booked on 26.02.2011 at the time of booking they said gas will be delivered within 15 days but they will take min. 30 days i wondered how these persons are doing the transfer without informing to the customer. When contacted the manger who is a lady is behaving like a goast and she fails to give a postive reply when the gas cylinder will be delivered. Please take necessary action against the Manager of PRATHIBAN GAS AGENCY and also provide an SMS confirm date of delivery with perfered time or provide the filling facilty to avoid hard ship to customers Thanking you MGVENKKATESAN Was this information helpful? | |||

I am Ms. Thilakavathi, I am residing at No. 40/9, Narasingapuram 3rd Street, Guindy,
Chennai - 600032. I have been booked a Refill Cylinder on 7.09.2011 through my
mobile. Still (23.09.2011they are not issue and we have try to contact by phone there
is no response nobodies attend the phone. Meanwhile Mr. Ramachandran, in-charge
of this agency is a irresponsible person when the customer asking about this issue,
he has using the ugly words. Pls. take the necessary action.

sorry for the trouble you had undergone, almost 3 thousand customers were transferred to us, as we are the government approved agency indane cylinders for Pallavaram. this is for your kind information, that IOC has did the bulk trasfer to us, the Parthiban Indane Gas Agency from sabha, we sent postcards to all the customers as well, we are sorry you didnt recieve it. we definitely tried our best to serve our customers, we are being a mediator to the customers and IOC. Kindly help us to serve u better.

This is Sindhu from Palavantagal. We have a Gas connection in Sabha Gas Agency, in Nanganallur. We have booked the Gas on 1st Dec 2011 and we have not received the Cylinder yet. We got the message that cylinder will be delivered shortly on 23rd Dec 2011. Contacting the agency, they claimed that the billing for the same has done on 24th Dec 2011. Still today (30th Dec 2011) Cylinder has not been delivered. And the delivery boys who are coming are behaving very rudely and demanding more money for delivery charges apart from giving extra money. And the same delivery boys is giving cylinders to some houses for extra fare what they offer. Please take necessary actions for all these, as even the agency people are behaving rudely some times.

and the unique number is generated.but do no when the gas will come..
After booking the gas, we are still watining when the gas will come.One message is coming :"Your gas will be delivered shortly" but i dono what is the meaning of short.
After booking the gas one cylinder is coming only after 45 days.as we both are employed, we are faing much issues.while trying to call the agency, they are not picking up d call.
while giving the gas they are keeping the gas in street end.we have to go and take the cylinders and charging extra 20 rupees also.
If we dont come outside how we will know the gas has come..
Please take action for this .

Sabha Gas Agencies — Not delivering the Cylinder within the time limit
Hi,This is a Compliant regarding, Saba Indane gas agency, which is in 51. vandikkaran street, Guindy chennai 600032.
Everytime, we are not getting the cylinder within the timeperiod, (i.e., 15 Days), they are taking thier own pleasure time to supply it, even if we follow up they are not responding , however they always do not pickup the phone,[protected]/22446270, we have to walk to the counter for getting every details and also for booking purpose, Even if they took the phone, they use to cut before we finish questioning like when can we get it?
Hope most of the customer are vexed of this agencies, Please take a necessary action to resolve this.
