Sahara Rajat Yojana — No refund of my money

Respected Sir,
I had invested Rs.10000 in sahara rajat yojana in 2003 at Ghaziabad. I was in a transferable job, presently I am in west delhi and it is not possible for me to go to Ghaziabad for refund. The agents in my area are fooling me for a long time. Some time they say," you will get your money within few days" thereafter few months later they say "you have to go to Ghaziabad, may be twice or thrice. It is more then one year passed i am being harrashed.
I wonder about Sahara, in today's hightech era, it's offices are not connected by computers.
