I have deposited rs. 10000 on 09/05/2003 in your varanasi branch. I need the refund for the same. It was told me than i will get rs. 28000 after 10 years, but now almost 14 years have gone. I have not received the same so for. I have approached your lucknow office so many times but no response from there. Now kindly suggest me whom to approach for the same.
