[Resolved]  Sai Point Honda ,Thane — Pathetic Customer Service

Dear all,

I did book Honda Unicorn on 01/03/08 at Sai Point Honda, Thane vide cheque and it cleared on 03/03/08. I was promised at the time of booking that bike will be delivered 11th/12th of 03/08. I did call them on 10th to check if my bike is ready to be delivered and they replied affirmative, but when I reached there I was told that I cannot take the bike as Regn. is yet to be completed.So one guy of Delivery section confirmed me that he will call me around 5PM on same day and confirm the status.Which he did not do so called them to confirm and the receptionist noted my name and mobile no and replied she will call back within 15 mnts.But no reply.So I called them next day again same reply but different person and no call from them.

The drama was repeated from 11/03/08 to 14/03/08 I get the same reply they note down my contact no. and name promising they will call me back but no response.




I admire the brand Honda for the quality of product.That was the important point I did book the bike. But the kind of treatment i did get from Sai Point has taught me one good thing "STAY AWAY FROM HONDA DEALERS".They are only money minded and business minded.





I feel awkward to comment that HONDA dealers are so pathetic and unprofessional .

Till now delivery is not made.

I will not even recommend my enemy to buy at Sai Point Honda, Thane.

They state their philosophy as "Customer For Life The Customers Is Not Dependent On US- We Are Dependent On The Customer "

Yes they do follow the statement untill you pay them.Once it is done then the philosophy looks like "Dealer For Life The Dealers are Not Dependent On YOU. You Are Dependent On The Dealer. "

In short simply avoid a dealer who don’t even mind to respect you.

I have got an accident of my 1 month new activa honda it was just simple accident they said need to be done insurance bcoz vehical have got some damages from 1 month i didn't get my vehical back regularly I am calling for my vehical they are saying we will deliver you in day or two and still i am waiting what the hell this people are doing with my vehical how much time does this people need for insurance verification really pathetic service I will recommend to people pls be careful and don't buy vehical from sai point thane honda showroom
i brought honda twister from sai point in march and within an 2 month the oil start leacking from engine, even after servicing, i after that couple of time i am visited to honda service center thane but still the problem not resolved
so please kindly help me for the same

Dey r pathetic dey give u hell of xpernce...
... i hav given my byk for insurance, dey kept byk for 15 days...i was callng daily to check d upadates, , dey were sayng u wil get byk in 1 or 2 days..dis drama continues for 15 days...i personally went der 2 times but d anwsr is same..1-2 days...finally 2day i took off from office 2 get byk...i found dat some parts of bike were changed by dem by sayng dey wer damaged (actually none of them wer damaged) i fought wit dem.as dey agree as job card was nt showng dat those parts were nt damaged when i gave them byk for repair wrk...
...i found 1 more part of my byk damaged which was i @ good condition when i handed over byk to them again fought wit dem 4 it, again d job card came to help..dey hav no option than 2 agree wit me..
...dey gave hell of xprnce & one day off from office without reason..

DONT GO TO SAI POINT SRVICE CENTER...
...CALL TO[protected] FOR COMPLAINT...

Thats what I can say about "Sai Point Honda, Thane" Showroom. Friends this showromm has full of highly unprofessional Management/Staff. I agree that there could be good amount of workload because of heavy bookings. But they are totally not coping with the customer demand.

They simply not caring about the customers and there emotion while booking their dream vehicle. Never calls you back even if you are about reach the agreed delivery date, and proceess got stucked for some reason. Since we book the vehicle at their showroom, so they simply made us responsible to do followups with them repeatedly. Whenever you call the showroom the concern people always busy and receptioniest simply ask you to call back or simply makes false promise that they will give return call (which they never do).

I have booking with this showroom for Activa (booking month: Apr-2011) with 8months waiting period. And my delivery date is Dec-2011. I requested them to give the booking on 2.12.2011 which they agree after adding pressure from all my influences/sources. Just to check on the progress I called 3day back (29.11.2011) and I suprised to know that my processing is not progressed because of some missing documents. Which I then immedietly submitted next day (30.11.2011). Not a single call alerting "documents causing delivery delay".

I luckly got call from sai point on 1.12.2011. I was happy to see their call but later they told me that documents that submited are misplaced and asked to resubmit. I lost my patience and shown my angre to them and share the name to whom i handed over the document. And thus document got found.

Later they told me about they can't deliver the vehicle on agreed date (2.12.2011) as its Friday and showroom remains closed. :( this date was very important for me being marriage anniversary, i was gifting this Activa to my wife. I am not understanding how the Customer service is pathetic and careless. Honda should cancle the dealership, Sai point Thane doesn't deserve this.

Honda is a good brand but "Sai Point Honda Thane" is totally worst dearler.

I am litterlly worried about post delivery servicing from them.

Guys never book anything from this dealer.

I, BOOK A HONDA ACTIVA AS ON[protected] SAI POINT HAS NOT RESPONCE 28 MONTH WHEN I CONTECT SAI POINT SAY ME COME AND GATE YOUR ACTIVA SO I WILL GO TO SAI POINT SHOWROOM AT[protected] BUT SAI POINT EXECUTIVE SAY & BLECKMELLD &TOURCHER ME TO PARCHESH ACCSESARIES MINIMUM 7000/-RS COMPALSARY ANYWAY YOUR BOOKING IS CANCELD.

SAI POINT IS A HONDA SHOWROOM BUT EXECUTIVE BLECKMAIL THERE CONSTMORS .
I completely Agree with Sarvanan, Sai point honda, Thane is a worst service provider. Please don't purchase any bike from them. If they told you vehicle is ready then they will able to deliver you after one month of getting payment.

They are not good in their service after getting money.
