sai sewa enterprises — indifferent attitude of the employees

sir/mam,
the sai sewa contact numbers 26898953 and 26134492 are never reacheable, they are always busy or else the company employees are irresponsible enough to keep them on hold deliberately.

i wish to make a complaint for my leaking gas, and have been trying to reach them through phone since yesterday, but to no avail.

my customer number is 16482 and my address is 6040, sector c, pocket 6, vasant kunj, new delhi-70
and my contact number is 26897476.

i will be highly obliged if you look into the matter

I J P Joshi R/o G-264, B Phase-6, Aya Nagar. New Delhi. We have facinig problem from last 10 days ago. We have already made the gas booking but whenever i called for our gas dilivery they was saying next day we are in truoble please do it fast.

I m R.D verma H. No.421/2 Near Durga Ashram Chattarpur New Delhi. My gas no is 2722. We have facing gas booking problem from last 10 days. We have trying to book our gas but nobody pick up the phone there. Plz do something for it.

I have a Indane Gas connection from M/s Sai Sewa Enterprises(Vasant Kunj, New Delhi) and they have godown in Kishan Garh(Vasant Kunj), Last monday I have bring my cylinder from their loaded truck by my own, I found even in this cylinder(which I bring personally from their full loaded truck) there are shortage of gas in the cylinder compare to whatever written on the cylinder . As I never wait for their delivery man to supply lesser wait cylinder for most customer every time.

Need your action in this.

I have booked the Gas on 6.12.09 from 24 hours on line booking. booking No. is 1. But they have not supplied the cyclinder till now. my consumer no. is 20338.I Booked cylinder in 26th Nov. but i got cyclinder on 2nd december 2009. again i have booked on 6th . but supply man told that, 2nd only we have supplied we will not giving with in 10 days. computer booking is doing but we will not giving cyclinder with in 15 days. what is the use of 24hours booking system. Not at all getting this company office phone no. we will continuously tring then only will get the phone with in 2 hours. other wise will not getting.

My consumer No. 20338. I Have booked the gas on 9.3.2010 through 24hours online booking and waiting no. is 3. Gas not getting till date and again booking on 17.3.2010 through office i have not received. Kindly look into the matter and rectify permanently. Every time i am facing this problem.

my consumer no. is 05471 which is in the name of mr.vinod kumar,i booked my cylinder on 17th of september to sai sewa enterprises at vasant kunj,shopno.2,sector-b,pocket-1 and i havent got any delivery till todayi.e 13th of october

i have booked a complaint for indane gas on 18 june 2012 sai sewa enter prise are not give confirmation message to users . they provide the confirmation msg afer one week or one an half week. they are very irresponsible
