I took new gas connection in month of December, 2018 from above mentioned company and provided all necessary documents (including Aadhar Card) for the same and only female staff working there efficiently processed the entire process.
On being inquired for process of getting subsidy, she told me that it will be credited into my bank account as i have provided all the necessary details for the same.
But i never get subsidy and assumed it will get credited next month. After waiting for several months when i contacted the agency in month of May, 2019 and spoke to Mr. Pandey, he told me that my gas connection is not linked with Aadhar and i have to again provide them copy of Aadhar card to start getting subsidy which i already did while taking connection as address proof.
Then i personally went again to provide another copy of Aadhar card which the lady should have asked me if she required 2 copies at that time. Further he said that my bank account is also not linked and that is why i didn't got subsidy, which was another lame excuse as it is being linked form last 3 years.
Please take necessary action and how can i get my last 5 months subsidy?
And if not, then who is responsible for the same, because if i did't had contacted agency then i will never get subsidy even after a year or so.
The information provided to me was not complete and this could happen with someone else as well.

I have booked for gas cylinder on 27.8.2015 which haven't came yet. what is the reason behind it.[protected] to[protected] days have been pasted but the cylinder didn't came yet. Why I cylinder is not delivered to the home. I booked refill on 27.01.2015 at 3.46 pm with reference no. 635729 after me people booked and got refilled but when I called he is asking for Rs.1000/- then only it will be delivered. What is going on about the corruption is highest position in this firm. Now, I checked online current status but it is mentioning that 09.02.2015 I never booked on 09th Feb. 2015 who has booked I need valid information. I made more than 100 times to M/s. Sai Sewa Enterprises and answer not picking phone. Therefore, I need proper solution in this regard, if you could do the needful I will be highly grateful. I AM NOT HAVING EVEN 100 GRM OF GAS WITH ME AND FACING LOT OF PROPBLEM

The gas cylinder provided by the agency are not in full quantity as it should be . The person who are responsible for delivering the cylinders to consumers take out gas out of the cylinder's before delivering it to consumer, sometimes they take 2 to 5 kg of gas out of cylinders and they sell it in black to local market, and we complain about it in office of sai sewa enterprises at b-1 vasant kunj, they say that cannot do anything about it . if there is any forum where i can complain about this please tell and if this complain is enough take some action.. .
