[Resolved]  Salary Account — Welcome kit not received

Dear Sir,

I have opened my salary account with Axis Bank two months before but till date i have not received my welcome kit.

With the continous following with the customer care they are not able to send my welcome kit although there was a problem for my address that i have already done a month before.

All the time they give me a request number but that is of no use it is very costly to call customer care all the time now i have given up and there is noboby as in higher authorities in Axis Bank who could help me.


My salary is credited in my account but and i m not able to withdraw i am facing lot of problem, i have a touring job and you can understand how important debit card is and whenever i went to withdraw my money they are not giving lose cheque also because i have account of Mumbai branch and i am located in Pune.

Kindly do the needful by taking some action.
