Sir,

I have completed my MBA course form HIMT college, Gr. Noida in year 2008-10. I have applied for scholership in 2009- 10 in OBC category.
The list provided by Samaj Kalyan Vibhag, Lucknow for benificary candidate, include my name. But still i have not got my scholership
fund.

When i used to ask about that i got always same answer- Govt has not provided fund for OBC.
But other caste students such as Gen/SC/ST had gotten their scholership during education period.

I want to know why has the Govt has not passed the fund for OBC and how many time it will take to pass the fund for Govt and when OBC student will get the scholership.
