My younger brother "Akshay Singh" who belongs to schedule caste category is studying in B.tech(computer science) 2nd year in "Guru Ghasidas University, Bilaspur" which is a Govt. college through AIEEE exam. we have applied for his scholarship in his first year of engineering itself but the "Samaj kalyan vibhag" people mainly Mr.Dharmendra and Mr. Gupta said at a very later stage that some documents were missing and the form was submitted late. They were not ready to give anything in written.
Now for 2nd year we have submitted the completed form at a very early stage. But still it did not come this time as well. Now when we are going to them then the same persons were saying that budget is not there and shouting very rudely on us. we spoke to the director also regarding this, but still no improvement.
And this is not the case only for us, this is i think for many many middle class people. Kindly request you to take this forward and help us. Thank you.

Hello Sir Mera Rajesh Srivastava hai maene 2016 me samaj kalyan vibhag ki jhanki nikali thi jiska payment mujhe aaj tak nhi hua mae bahut jada pareshan meri tabiyat bahut kharab aapse anurodh hai ki mera payment mere khate mae tranfer karene ki kripa kare aapki mehti kripa hogi.
