sir,
i m doing MCA from inderparstha engg. college sahibabad.I want to complain about the scholarship from OBC category which we not get from the last 2 years and when we go into the samajh kalyan office the officer which was there say that there is no fund for OBC category when fund comes i will give u.sir from last 2 years he say that .sir there is any conspiracy about the fund which is going on in samajh kalyan department .sir please help us in getting the scholarship .some student get scholarship by giving money to the officer name rakesh of samajh kalayan vibagh ghaziabad
