[Resolved]  samidha gas agency — Worst gas agency service

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am a registered consumer of Bharat Gas
My consumer No. is 39890

Yesterday I am trying to plug my regulator on new gas cylinder but after so many efforts it’s not fitted on it so will personally visit to the Samidha gas agency and registered my compliant after this complaint they send a mechanic at my home. After his examination of regulator he conclude that its not a problem of regulator it’s a problem of cylinder so he directly start the grinding of cylinder’s valve (Please explain is this the rite process)
And then he fit the regulator on this cylinder then he checked the gas supply and its working properly and this stage my problem is solved…but unnecessary he is trying to check my stove buttons and trying to move it hardly in opposite direction after his hard efforts buttons going to brake then he told me that I have to change the 2 buttons as well as 2 valves also because its leaking now and the charges for these 2 valve and 2 buttons are Rs 570 only….. I never understand why this person tuch these buttons and stove because by problem is with regulator only…..after this drama I registered complaint against this person at Samidha gas agency….The lady who is workin their told me that please wait will call the mechanic and trying to solve your problem…After 2 hrs waiting I again ask this leady please call he mechanic I am waiting from last 2 hrs then this leady call to mechanic and tell him please replace his stove buttons and tryi to solve his problem accordingly. Then again she send him at my home and then the mechanic said he will clean the stove and buttons and then problem will not occur for some days but he will not replace the buttons or walves….Now please tell me if there is a leak and if some problem is occurred in future with some serious injuries to my wife then who is responsible for this….I need
Clear clarification on this matter because I am also trying to put my compliant at consumer court and their website also…..I need clear answer…..Even I record all the things in my mobile camera so let me know whome do I send these video files…
