Dear Sir/M'am,
We have been registered under Samidha Gas service, hadapsar, Pune area since 4 years now. Our consumer number is 8002A under my husband's (Vinay Goyal) name. The problem we have is the poorest service and delivery of the LPG to our home. We have never got the delivery of our gas cylinder on time. We have to keep following up with the people and also the delivery guys to get one cyllinder and still we never got it before ten days of booking. Over and above, we are always given false commitments and have suffered a lot of attitude from these guys. The rude behavior of delivery guys and people who take up the call is most irritating.
The last booking we have made is on 27th Dec, 2010 and now on 6th Jan, 2011 after 11 days and 5 telephonic follow-ups, I haven't yet received my cyllinder.
I sincerly request you to look into this matter seriously and help us.
