I am a customer who purchased a Laptop Bag worth Rs.3590 in your outlet at M/s. SRI PRAKASH ENTERPRISE’s Visakhapatnam.
I had given my bag for service as it is damaged on the back portion your representative says it cannot be repaired. What is the point of giving 3 years warranty?
While I appreciate the fact that there was a problem in ZIP and the same was rectified but it was embarrassing as the major concern was not addressed which I mentioned above.
It is just not acceptable “customers get respect, commitments at the time of sale but not at the time of service”.
