I approached bluedart kolathur(600099) on 2/07/2012 at about 5:40 pm to send a defective tablet pc back to hongkong which I recived through DHL aw bill no [protected],few days back using my shippers account number[protected] and I also got a conformation refrence from dhl executive Mr Balaji no 86027 dated 2/7/2012 and I showed them the sane but the person at the reception questioned me and my companion like a customs officer, and refused to take the consignment stating that people send parcel using the consignees account number which are not active so we cant accept your parcel but, I have sent a to pay consignment through the same courier office on 7/06/2012 by air way bill number[protected], and finally she told that her name is Nancy and I shoud have come at 4pm and you can make a complaint with anyone.I was shocked about the behaviour.( only when companies grow they respect customers) and the most painful fact was the way she commented to people around when i left please check your cameras my name is Samuel my number is [protected] do call and punish me at any time
