people who had complaints and I case if it is now resolved by the company request you guys to please respond back

One thing i want to tell you all people who are raising negative complaint about San city. That they are cheaters and they take your money for finishing the projects . Let me explain none of the real estate companies whether it is house or site when they are doing pre launch will not use completely their money for project completion. They will take your money as in investers money for completion and you will not be called as customer but as an investers, and they do it phase by phase to minimise the loss. In such scenario if some investers backs of in the middle they have 6 months time to pay back without interest as you are canceling on your will. And no project in India will never be completed within given time i have seen worst scenarios wherein the project is not completed even after 3 years of comitted date of completion. So have patience of they have told you 2 years keep yourself ready for minimum 3 years. And as per San city i don't know about their in and around Bangalore project but there projects in and around Mysore are completely mostly and they have a good name in that area as the chairman is from that region .

Dear customers don't believe in rumors until you personally see. Registrations are happening daily there was a slight delayed in 2 projects due to Conversion delay by government from our end all legal requirements cleared and waiting for the process to cleared by the government. Please don't buy any property here, as of now All document belongs to SAN-CITY are under Income-Tax raid, if you purchased now, don't know when they will register on your name, but still SAN-CITY representative will force you to purchase by paying through Cheques or whatever but it takes it own time to get clearance from IT Dept. Rest of the things upto you

I have booked a site in San City Kaveri on Mysore Hunsur Road as it was a lucrative investment. Initially they said it would be registered within 2 years but it's been more than 3 years and I have still not heard from them. I am starting to get apprehensive and am afraid after reading all the reviews.

God help me as only time will tell.

I am registering complaint against San City owner and director for cheating money. Request others who have invested and not got refund also to join and register complaint in consumer court and criminal case for cheating.

Hi All I have given advance for 2 sites in gauribidanur gold project in 2016 and I spoke to pramod in sancity office he promised me that this year I should get my site registered I hope I get a call from them soon, I will let you guys know once my site is registered so that you guys also can decide If you can trust the company or not,

Request san city team to register my site asap so that people with negative thought for company might change after I show them the proof of registration in this group,

Hi,

This is Abhijit from Bangalore and i have purchased a 20X30 plot by paying the full amount in Gardenia project during February 2018.

Business Development Officer, Vijay guided me from the beginning to till Registration process and i am quite satisfied with the Sancity team and their Gardenia project.

Team Lead, Madhukar and Manager, Shyam also helped me during the process.

I am waiting for the Khata to be transferred to my name which will be done after 45 days from the purchase date.

According to my agreement, I suppose to get site registration done by this time but still its not done. They extended agreement. They just called me and told that they are extending the agreement. Even they dont even send an email and they dont receive the calls if you ask them give right reason. They dont reply your emails. Don't prefer sancity. very bad management. very unprofessional. Waste of your time and money.

Oh My God!! What a "Amused Trap" this company is doing! So many poor people's money is been looted by Sancity? I really thank people over here who have expressed their real feedback about this cheating SANCITY builder.

Accidentally I could see this forum. Else I was almost set for buying 4 sites in Mysore project. Today that executive supposed to visit me for collecting the first payment. I am cancelling it right here, right now!!

I was planning to invest around 1 cr which I received as retirement benefit. But I have sealed the idea of investing in San properties, rather happy to deposit in back and enjoy assured bank interest.

Since I have submitted the refund application in NOV 2017, now almost2 years passed but I haven't got the refund nor any update, people are giving date since 6 months but till date im struggling to get the refund.
I was in touch with Mr. Anil, Girish and Mr. Swaroop they were just giving the date and date since almost 2 years but no refund till now.

I have got below numbers of Your office but nobody is interested in picking up the phone nor anybody is replying on mail or SMS while sending n numbers of mails. there is no sense giving these numbers to customer.

I have invested 2L ruppes as a buy back offer in March 2016 and i got all documents from this company that money will be returned along with interest on March 2019. Its been six months that we have submitted all necessary documents but SAN City is not ready to make payment. They will not reply to emails, they will not pick up the call, no response to SMS. Filing a case in consumer court.
