I have a paid mail ID from sancharnet.in. For the past two months the password keeps poping up in spite of the correct password being keyed in. Repeated efforts to contact the concerned authorities has not resolved the problem. I wouldl like to know if the server is in existence or not.

I also have the same problem. I want to change the password, but I am not finding the link. My email posts are seen at Sancharnet site but I am not able to open them in Outlook express.
We have an e-mail account, [protected]@sancharnet.in, with sancharnet and face the problem in receiving e-mails from last 3 day, s .Whenever any mail is received through outlook express then error 0x800c0133 is popped up . Please let us know how can short out the problem,

I have a sancharnet account for the past 10+ years.for the past 15 days I am not getting any incoming mails and outgoing mails as well. When I contacted the Customer care centre at Trichy hey asked me to get a card for Rs.169/ and it was activated by them. even after that I am unable to send and receive mails and the problem shows error 550 account expired.I am going pillar to post at the CC centre but the problem is not solved. since I have given my EMail ID to all my business and Bank transactions it is very difficult to change it all of a sudden. I am incurring heavy loss due to non availability of the this service and more over I am quit upset mentally due to this problem. Kindly do the needful to retrieve the service. My mail ID is <[protected]@sancharnet.in>.

Kindly let us know what should be done in this regard, since we are very dis-satisfied with the current level of Services being provided to us.
Problem Faced
· Password had to be reset since it changed by itself
· Login fails for eight day, we are not sure whether the problem is at our end or Sancharnet end.
