I am having one sancharnet account for the past 15 years. after some time I was asked to sign in in Xgen plus and now I am unable to login kindly do the needful.

Dear Sir I have an account with bsnl sancharnet . It is my very old account and now I have updated the my computer system with windows 10 but now I am unable to access my sancharnet account. Because it is not configuring the same in new system (outlook) So I am unable to receive or outgoing mails. Sir let me know how to resolve my problem. Pls. tell me the solution. for which I access my sancharnet account.

I have an email id which I have been using since a long time @sancharnet.in. But since a few days I have not been able to login to my account. It says Invalid username/password. Also when I try to retrieve my user id it says user not found.

Please help at the earliest.

We have an e-mail account, [protected]@sancharnet.in, with Sancharnet and face the below problems very frequently.
Kindly let us know what should be done in this regard, since we are very dis-satisfied with the current level of Services being provided to us.

Problem Faced

· Password had to be reset since it changed by itself
· Login fails for half the day and then it starts working. So, for half the day, we are not sure
whether the problem is at our end or Sancharnet end.
