[Resolved]  SandsShoppingHub — fraud

Sandshopping person Mr. Khushal Roy asked me to enter a Rs.10,999/- on their IVR and assured gift amount worth Rs.38,000/-. upto 3 lac
Further to which I was not convinced and he specifically mentioned 4 option from which only I would be wining something like
1) Cash 38,000 - 1,00000/-
2) Karzima, Alto or swift
3) LED or Notebook
4) Pearls hub set.

Now after discussions I told him that this can not be true but he repeated the items three time and assured only from these items I would win.
But after making the transaction he says I will be getting a bp monitor , gold plated watch and nonsense items whose total cost is not even above 38,000/- forget 10,999.
I told them this is fraud and asked to refund the amount, as the call can be investigated with voice loggers/ recording.

I have even asked my credit card company to reverse the transaction but they say it will take 45 days to resolve this. So I request you to look into this ASAP and help me
