          Ive transferred the money in the year of 2015 still today i've not recieved the product or my money back. Please resolve the issue. So many times i have called the same customer centre who have been interacted with me while i have transferred the money. Mr, gulab is the person who have been interacted with me. That also i have given the otp for one time deduction and he deducted three times around rs.21700 from state bank of mysore. Br-ilkal. I hope you do the needful.

            So many timesI have mailed to sands shopping but I have not received any mail from nearly last four years.
            Following are details for my Order from SANDSSHOPPINGHUB:
            1.Product detail------A holifay package, mp3 player, Iron, sunglass, watch holiday package but products received in damaged condition & without any holiday package.
            I am totally unsatisfied with their service so return all products and received confirmation call from sandsshoppinghub for same.
            2. Date of Purchase-----07 Mar 2013
            3.Order number-----order ID[protected] on online store Sandsshoppinghub
            4.Cost of Order----Rs 6999/-
            5.Mode of Payment---Online
            Wrong products in broken condition delivered and same was returned back to Sandsshoppinghub.
            I have written so many times to sandsshoppinghub but no action have been taken to refund my spend money for above said order.

            So many years passed but no one replied to my complain and they have made it resolved which is false.
            I have not received any money refund for the payment I have made.
            It is requested to resolve my case and my money with compensation may be returned to me on urgent basis.

              I am being cheated by Sands shopping hub by giving false information about contest running by brands etc.
              I yet to receive about 1, 60, 000.00 from them.

              I even tried calling a their Director called Mr. Sandeep Sahuta. But everything ended up with nothing. Out of total 3, 19, 000/- they were able to refund/reverse only 1, 59, 000/-.

              Please let me know what will be the next course of action. Have attached my detail complaint and statement for your reference.

                  I am sumit adhya from kolkata on 2nd nov 2014 i have received a call from your company that my mobile no has been chosen in the lucky draw contest to avil the product ur clint mr jetendra told me to deposit rs 6999 but your clint have swipe twice but till date 17 may 2016 i have never received the product today unforchunately i received a masage from your company that my complain has been closed without my permission and nither i have received any product i have given a mail several times but no respond came from ur side finally your company has cheated me and it is shame full to say that u r demanding iso certified company i[censored]r are iso certified company then what is the problem of refunding the money in todays date most of the people use to buy product on line if they are not satisfied they refund the money with immidiate effect but i was suprised instead of refunding the money you are telling me to deposit again the money in your account.
                  What u think we all will work hard day and night u will come and take the money its not fair i hope if same thing has happend with you what you wil do? Please refer my letter dated 30/10/2014 (Copy enclosed) for refund of Rs. 4999/- for non supply of material and deeply regret to inform your silence on the matter. The said Letter was sent through speed post document no EU[protected]IN which was received by to your office Delhi office on 3/11/2014 (Acknowledgment copy enclosed) but even you did not take any pain to communicate in the matter. It clearly indicates your intension and how you are cheating the peoples. Accidently I again received a call on 16/12/2014 from Phone no [protected] –[protected] for offering another product under scheme without knowing that you have already trapped me earlier but I got the opportunity to enquire on my earlier payment refund of Rs. 4999/ made on 12/8/14. Mr Ashish from sands shopping told me that for getting refund I have to make a transaction of Rs. 1/ so that it will go their server and payment will be made immediately . After making transaction of Rs. 1/ phone was cut and immediately another phone come and told me that a phone call from received from Bank and my refund reference no is 305473. I was surprised when call received from HDFC credit card division that simultaneously transaction of Rs. 6000/( 1000+1000+1000+2000+1000) was through my credit card and sands shopping hub made the transaction. I was shocked for such type of cheating in which you people were looting the general public through cyber crime. Concerned dealing clerk informed that I have won jewelry of worth Rs. 15000/- and my purchase product along with gift items will dispatch with 3 days time. • 7 days passed after payment but there was no call or mail confirmation received from your company for my order then I had made a call on phone No[protected] and after lot of enquiry about 15 minutes dealing man informed that order items along with gifts will be dispatched within next 3 days. I asked then send a mail confirmation and SMS on mobile for confirmation of this deal but not confirmation is received. • I started reminding on every alternate day on phone but all goes in vain. • I started to sending mail on daily basis to [protected]@sandsshoppinghub.com and [protected]@sandsshoppinghub.com and after a 25 days I received a mail dated 6/9/2014 from Mr sandeep sahota informing that your company representative will contact me but thereafter, NO body has contacted me . • Whenever I am making a call a different person is taking and again he/she starting story since beginning. I remember some name e.g. Mr Kapil, Mr Praksh & Ms Pinky but everybody is repeating the same answer that they will check and make a call to me but no revert back received by me. • I am making call on regular basis on phone no[protected] and[protected] but now nobody is picking up my phone. • I am sending regular mail for not even single reply is received by me. • I have spend so much money on telephone call and my valuable time for this but nobody taking care on this in your company and it clearly indicate that you are only cheating the innocent people . • A registered letter was sent on 30/10/2014 to your delhi office vide speed post document no EU[protected]IN which was received by your office on 3/11/2014 but till date no communication is made in this regard. You are therefore, advise that immediately return my money along with interest and confirm the same within 3 days time otherwise in circumstance as explained above I have only alternate left to file Policy complaints for cheating and mental harassment case and lodge my complaints at Consumers forum and all dealing Government Agencies so that no other person can be cheated by your company in future like me.

                            Hi, This is Narendra from Pune. I have been cheated by SandShoppingHub under the name of mega contest. I have made transaction of more than Rs. 11 Lakhs towards SandShoppingHub till date. First time when SandShoppingHub contacted me in Feb 2013, I was told that I will get the benefits by 31st of March 2013. but it was not released and SandShoppingHub asked me to do more transactions to get the benefits. I have done all the transactions and completed all the formalities, but till now I have not received the benefit in my bank accounts. Following persons communicated with me for transactions : 1] Mr. Mohan Gupta 2] Ms. Vaishanvi Sharma 3] Mr. Naresh Mehta 4] Mr. Ajay Saxsena 5] Mr. Arjun Singh 6] Mr. Bakshi 7] Mr. Mohit Bajaj 8] Mr. Dipanshu Agrawal 9] Mr. Satyam 10] Krishna Rao 11] Ms. Pallavi Mishra 12] Mr. Himanshu Last transaction I made of Rs. 21000/- on 20th Feb 2014 and I have been told that all the process is completed and I will receive my benefit within 2-3 days. But I did not receive my benefit amount. Same thing is getting repeated since July 2013, they ask for transaction for some processing and tell me that I will receive the benefit on same day or in next 1-2 days. Every time I trusted, and made the transactions. But no result. Final date, for releasing my benefit of Rs. 19 Lakhs 50 thousands + All refundable amounts, promised by SandShoppingHub was by 15th march 2014. But still I have not received any amount from SandShoppingHub. Total amount I lost in this is nearly Rs.19 lakhs by paying credit card bills with interest. I really need help to get my money back from this company. I lost almost everything because of sandsshoppinghub. If someone can help me, I will be really grateful. Regards, Narendra

                                Your representative Mr. Pankaj Joshi called me on 13 th oct 2014 to offer the combo pack of LED 32', Sony experia mobile, Jwelary set and dinning set. I have paid the ammount of Rs.15999 on the same day by my debit card. But till the time I have not received my Combo offer and not recevied my money basck. I have talked several times to your customer care representative, but no body was helped me. Few days back Miss Pooja was called me and said that your money will be given back and our representative will call me, but till the time I have not received any call for this from your side.                                     we give payment to sands info system three laptop approx 1, 5 laces but we received only one damage H.P Laptop against three approx value Rs.22000 this laptop return to sand shopping 21 Nov. 2013. Sands customer care person told us till now laptop not Available in the store many time discussion with phone and E mail but not valuable answer sands shopping so we request you refund my dues approx 1.5 lacks and return my new Laptop urgent
