[Resolved]  Sangeetha — Defective Nokia 5800 mobile

I had purchased Nokia 5800 mobile from Sangeetha mobile store, NO.284/1, 2nd Main, Sampige Road, 18th cross, Malleshwaram, B'lore-3, on[protected]. There was some problem in the mobile and when contacted the stores the mobile was replaced by new set on 07-06-09. again now I am facing same problem in this set and I want to change the model but when contacted the dealer i.e Sangeetha he says it is not possible and he is asking me to go to Nokia service centre and get the mobile repaired.pl advice me further course of action.
