[Resolved] Sangeetha, Nokia — Faulty Nokia E5 from Sangeetha | |||
I am not sure which bad instance it was when I decided to buy Nokia and from Sangeetha? I bought Nokia E5 on 1st Dec in 11600/- Only in few days I realized that the LCD screen intensity automatically increases and decreases without any reason. It is so irritating when you are typing an e-mail or may be writing a memo and screen keep on changing its intensity. Hoping that Sangeetha will help me in getting this resolved, I reached Sangeetha, to my shock they were not willing to talk to me properly. After discussing 20 Minutes Sangeetha revealed the address of Nokia Support centre in Koramangala. I visited Koramangala and spent 5 hours at Support Center without any solution.As the problem was random so as soon as returned back at home started facing the problem again. I even written the complain in Nokia Support Center site also the response was contact the dealer from where you bought the phone. Dealer ( in this case Sangeetha ) is redirecting to Nokia. So, now its closed loop and I am bearing the pain of buying the Nokia phone from Sangeetha. Highly recommended not to buy from Sangeetha and please don't buy Nokia E5.
