I bipin bihari mehta,Vill Bansani,PO:- Jhagrakhand, Bhawnathpur ,Garhwa Jharkhand purchased a land area 1583 Sqft plot no 1197 under khata No 65 in Aishwarya Residency, District Ranchi from sanjeevani buildcon pvt ltd for residence purpose that was to be developed by above said company by paying 7.26 lacs. But that company neither can be made mutation nor refunded as per his commitment. in view of above it is requested to look in matter and take concrete action so that losses can be stopped(Checked out).
