[Resolved]  Sanjeevani Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. — Bounced Cheques of refund

Hi,

I have bought a piece of land measuring 2000sq.ft at Sanjeevani Meral project at Ranchi-Gumla Highway two years ago and got it registered of which original papers are lying with me but mutation papers have not been given yet.When I enquired about it I was told about that that since land has been disputed so the process of mutation has not been completed.When I told to refund the money they agreed to refund in principle.After one year of running from my home to its Church complex 4th Floor (no lift) office finally they agreed to pay me Rs.4.00 lakhs in form of A/C payee two Cheques Rs.2.00 Lakhs each dated 22.08.2011 & 22.09.2011 with Managing Diretor and Director's signature before Mr.Nandi and Mr.Shyam in the month of June 2011.But I regret to inform you that both the Cheques have bounced for "Insufficient Fund".And despite of my repeated request they haven't given me the money when I am urgent need of money for treatment of my son at CMC Vellore.


So,would you please let me know what kind of actions may be required.
