I will ensure that proper legal action is taken at large against this fraud company. I am fed up of false promises that this company makes to simple and innocent people, who in dream of good house give away their hard earned money in hands of these frauds. They will have to pay the damages to every single harassment they have caused to the people of jharkhand and india at large.

I deepak singhal I am suffering and feel very disapointed for sanjeevni buildcon.this compeny is fraud and cheater with there coustomer.i have booked a land at feb 2011 but not purchasee due to falls land you know adiwasi land bt company staffs and owner says general land but I get inqury of this land so this land iis falls then I cancle booked land bt company does not refund my ammount.after 8 month they give 5 cheks according amount but first check donot withdraw check was bonce.i have feel like a joker.so I requet to all reader plz donot cosult sunjeevni buildcon thanks

I came to know about this website from one of my friend who was planning to put his comments on this website. I stopped him and convinced not to do such thing instead go and meet with local authority as builder has their complaint cell who are taking care of you problem.

There must be a question that how do i know about the same. Now I will share my personal experience with this company. My name is Binesh Sharma, assistant commandant with indian army and based at delhi since long. I am thankful to god that he has supported me to have my own house and when i required the most. 3 years ago i was struggling to have my own house but as other salaried employee it was hard for me too. I have contacted sanjeevani buildcon for the same purpose and marketing person has visited my place, he has asked to pay plot value in a month but it was not possible to me. Post my request he has called Mr. Shyam Gup;ta and asked about my case, i have also talked with him he told me to call after 15 minutes. After 15 minutes he has informed me that I can pay the amount if plot in 6 months and apart from this 200 sq ft plot will be free from company due to indian army discount.

I am still posed in delhi but my family is living peacefully with my mother in rishabh nagar, ranchi.

My friend has got the plot replacement cleanly with appreciation on the invested amount. When I saw complaints in the website felt very bad and will never open this again as i do not think that if anyone is facing problem in real has time to write on website, sharing their company email addresses and asking for telephone numbers etcs.

I dont know why this ?????? It is very obvious that if i am happy with company i will not agreeing with unhappy people but friends company has won many title. So dont think it is that badly managed !!!

Hi All :- I am strongly disagree with Mr. Arjun Singh Gupta, Mr. R Mishra and Mr. Ali Muhhammad. As post reading there post(s) I am confused and thinking what went wrong with these people.

Sir/s seriously your comment requested with explanation why are you people angry or disappointed with this company because you have written about there success, relation with government officials, expenses on advertisement, company MOA / AOA, employees salary or most Importantly success story of a sale person from door to door marketing to a director of a private limited company extra extra.

Do you have any individual issue with these person or competition ?????? Yes !!! such kind of comment is very easy to do but you have any Idea about the percentage of truth in your words. If anybody can find consumer complaint site they can search company's director list also but no, why should we do that we will write as bad as we can !!!

My suggestion is to meet with concerned person and get your issue resolved because it is happening. Whoever is applying for refund or change of plot etc they are getting positive responses from company and are happy nowadays so please advice people to get the resolution instead of
bad publicity.

I will try to contact respective person and tell him/her to take care of your issues at the earliest possible.

it seems that sunjeevani buildcon is a frud company because bipin bihari mehta have requested so many times to make the mutation of land plot no 1197 of Ashivaryaresidency even though company not yet pay attention to resolve the problem nor taking any concrete action

Sanjeevani Buildcon is a fraud company. Those who think that Rishabh Nagar is their project, they must know that there are still so many basic works pendings such as

1. No Roads
2. No proper boundary walls from all side.
3. No drainage system

All ready there are many families living in Rishabh Nagar and now it's almost 4 years when the project was started. And till date these basic infrastructures are missing.

If you still think that Sanjeevani is a good company to invest your hard earned money, I will suggest you to first contact any resident of Rishabh Nagar to know the truth.

hi i am telling to those who has booked plots with sanjeevni in the following project:-
they will never get position of those plots because the payment to land owners hasn't been made yet, i[censored] don't believe go to the spot and inquire about that and "suppose u r selling something and i[censored] will not get the payment will u give the ownership to the buyer or will u throw him out", think it
(1) Aishwaria 1 and 2
(2) highway city.( this project is in much bad condition even sanjeevni people hesitate to go there, check it :ask them to go along with u and u will get ur answer.)
(3). and i[censored] have booked the plots 1to 2 years back may be your plot has been resold to another customer in much higher price than yours.
these r the very bottom and inner points which was maintained very secretly by the company.
Its not that the payment to landowners has not been made by the company but the middle men(unfortunately the employes of the company) has pocketed that money and now the situation is such neither company will pay the money again nor the middle men will loosen their pocket. its a total fix now its u people to decide what action u will take i always will be with u, and dont be fooled by their very very big smile on their face and this particular sentence"aur kaise hain aap X ji", chaliye main karwata hoon "

Most of the builders are in Ranchi. Be it Sanjeevani or Sarojani Buiders. All are simple aim to earn money by befooling the innocent customers. My one of the relative is victime of Sarojani Builders PVt Limited. Mr. Krishna Murari SIngh & Mr Ray, Director of Sarojani Builders are simply duffer kind of builders who does not know even A B C of constructions. They utilize worst kind of materials and manpower. Can any body suggest my realative a way to get rid of this builder Sarojani Builders ?

of course a fraud company. i have purchased a plot measuring 2000sq ft in 2008 with all formalities like registrioin mutation and rent receipt . this plot has been sold by Mr. nandi's wife Mrs Anita Dayal Nandi to my wife Mrs Nitu Pandey. Now they do not locate my plot for boundry and for construction work so i m yet living in a rental life and after purchasing a plot paying the Rs6000.00 rent per month. more than 100 times i met to Mr nandi to shyam Gupta. they always make a new promises time period and something more. innocently i thought they will do any one of them.but sorry there is no alternative than to take a legal steps. my ph no is [protected].

THE PRESENT MANAGERS OF SANJEEVANI BUILDCON ARE TRYING TO SORT OUT THE PROBLEMS WHICH ACTUALLY HAS NOT BEEN CREATED BY THEM.THE PAST MANAGERS DIDN'T MANAGED COMPANY CLEANLY.
