[Resolved] Sansui / Lcd Tv — Not working | |
Dear Sir/Mam I purchased a Sansui 26" LCD TV from Next retail chain on 31.01.08 and it was wall mounted on 2.02.08 by company authorised personal. There was a problem of delayed start initially after 2 days it has compleately stopped working as in the screen is blank on switching on the television. I lounged a complaint with sansui people and requested them to change the piece. Initially they didnt agree to it but then said it its going to take some time for the process but no action was taken. It is very much painful that after spending a huge sum of money my family could not enjoy a bit of quality TV viewing. Please guide me what should be done to get the TV changed. Please also guide me that durring the very early stages of operation if the equipment stops working so should it be repaired or replaced? I strongly recommend that the money should be refunded and the faulty pieces should be taken back if you are not able to provide the customer the satisfactory service. I am myself facing the same problem with this model and looking for the services from the sansui people. I you want we can laucnch a mental harrasment + forgery case against sansui. just call me up if you are interested in filing a case again sansui.

Dear Sir/Madam,
We are using Sansui TV 21" form last one year, suddenly by mistake thru remote TV color has been disturved, we are trying to resolve it thru remate conrolar but color are not setted properly some color is missing like Yellow is not coming.
We have no any manual which can help us to do setting, so kindly suggest me if by mail u can send us manual of 21" TV.
Can we set it on default setting of color if yes then send the process also.
I shall be thankfull.
